I would like to tell you about the great day we had in KL recently. Anuar was not available to be our tour guide so his friend Balen offered to take us around instead. Balen did a wonderful job. As we were only in KL for 2 nights he gave us a great commentary as we drove around the countryside. We went to Batu Caves, Deerland, saw an aboriginal village, Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary, visited and fed the cute monkeys at Bukit Melawati, ate at several local restaurants and ended the evening floating silently in the dark on a lagoon watching the fire flies flashing on and off like Christmas lights. Balen stopped for me to take photos along the way, and bought us roasted chestnuts and fried banana chips to taste. I am not very adventurous and probably would not have ridden the elephant or fed the baby elephant a bottle. Balen handed us the food and also told us to stand in the queue. We did things we would not have done and it was a lovely and different end to our overseas holiday. Our day was very long but we packed in so much. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the country side around KL. Thank you for the lovely day Balen.If we ever come back to KL I hope you can be our guide again.

My family and I had our tour last April 17. We had a fantastic day touring around Kuala Lumpur. We recommend him because he is very accommodating and very nice to his guests. P.S. The food in those restaurants that we had eaten were delicious. I miss the satay and peanut sauce!

I was with Anuar for a whiz around KL in February - it was a crazy and hot day - but don't think the driving is too much - as Anuar will fill you in about life in Malaysia as you travel from one spot to another. From fireflies at night to those cheeky silverleaf monkeys it was interesting to see all those things you cannot see at home! Malaysia has lots of tropical nature, I just hope they keep it. KL is way bigger than I ever imagined, so getting out of the city is much easier to do by car like this - avoid the tour groups and driving yourself. He's a good guy, his English is awesome, so no communication problems, overall it was great to be able to see some of the surrounding area of KL as a lot of the city centre you can do yourself. Highly recommended!

We hired Anuar for a day tour that took in Batu Caves, the Deer (animal) Park, Elephant Sanctuary, Bukit Melawati & the Silver Leaf monkeys, sunset seafood dinner at Kuala Selangor, the Fireflies & finally ending up with my first taste of Durian at Jalan Chow Kit night markets. It was a very long day and Anuar was able to tirelessly look after all our needs. For example, Anuar always had bottles of water on hand for us and lots of feed for all of the animals that we became acquainted with on the trip. Anuar is very easy to get on with and made the tour very relaxing, never pressuring us once about time. Indeed even going so far as to shouting us a little impromptu Durian tasting, even though it was 11pm. Thanks again for a great day Anuar. Hope to see you again next time we are in KL! Me and my husband booked a 4 day tour with Anuar and had a fantastic time. We had not expected it to be this wonderful when we were booking our package with him. A big thanks to Anuar who gave my elderly Mother and I an insight to KL we never expected.. Having had a few brief stays previously we have a better appreciation of your city and surrounds.. Touring with a local guide with local knowledge was a great experience.. no request was too much trouble..even finding a "local" merchandiser from a website was achieved..impossible for tourists on public transport!! We thoroughly enjoyed Melawati Hill, Selangor firefly cruise,local markets, even the Durian tasting,Petronas towers, Putrajaya etc...so many places seen and enjoyed because of Anuar's friendly but professional and knowlegable approach.. We were visiting KL for the second time and had to personalize our tours to exclude places we had seen already and Anuar was very accommodating even before we booked the tours! We spent two and a half days on tours with him. On the tours, Anuar is a perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. We felt we were doing the tours with a very knowledgeable friend! Anuar took us shopping and also to some really good food places - we had great Satay, Chicken Curry and Rice and the much talked about Durian. Throughout, Anuar was very flexible and informative. Thanks Anuar, for making our trip special. If you are coming to KL and need to have a private tour guide (who also happens to be reasonably priced) then don't hesitate to contact Anuar. We will definitely be seeing Anuar on our next trip to KL.

It’s been a week since I have returned from Kuala Lumpur, and I still can\'t put aside the fond memories which Anuar gave me. I spent about one and half a day traveling around the city with him and he took me to lots of beautiful places which I could never be able to go on my own in such a short time. He was very polite, professional, patient, and knowledgeable about his city, he was very accommodating to my requests in going places and on top of that, he was very punctual. We laughed, joked and had fun along the way. He was my driver and photographer too, and his service charge including transport, food and entrance tickets is not expensive and affordable even for a student. I am sure to remember this great experience and it shall always be a topic to talk about. With Anuar’s great knowledge of Kuala Lumpur, I\'m sure no one could forget the great experience in there. My overall rating is 10 out of 10. There are many things I would change for another trip but not my guide; he gave me a solid first introduction to a country which I hope to visit again. I had a terrific tour and a nice time with Anuar who is very friendly, helpful and speaks good English! Traveling to KL on business, I had only a half day available in which to see all the great sites. Anuar picked me up at my hotel, drove me all around KL, and out to Batu Caves which was awesome (alot of stairs there- wear comfortable shoes), and to another area outside the city where all the government buildings are located, each one with more interesting architecture than the next. We then hit KL twin towers, ate some delicious and amazingly cheap (yet good quality) food at KLCC (Anuar helped me select menu options that accommodated some food allergies), went shopping at some local crafts markets, and toured around the city. It was terrific door to door service from a local who knows the area and saves you time and money by planning a tour that suits your personal interests, budget and schedule, versus taking packaged tours with only 1 or 2 destinations. Also as a woman traveling solo to Malaysia for my first visit there, I was wary of finding my way around alone and so it was also very convenient and reassuring to have a friendly and helpful personal guide every step of the way.
